  I have been purchasing pecans and occasionally pecan wood logs for smoking from the last 4 years here, and even recommend this place to friends or buy pecans for them, we drive from Houston just to re-supply our pecan stock, we normally receive great service and sometimes $ 25 - 50 cents per pound discounts for buying 15 or more pounds, yesterday experience was not pleasant at all, we were not allowed 25 cent discount for buying 3 bags, even though we mentioned the sign above the fridge stating that for purchases of 10 pounds or more, the store attendants were indifferent to our comments and bit rude, the jars for free tasting of pecan varieties were hidden on top of a tall large fridge, the amount of pecan wood logs we received from our purchase this year was considerable less then what we normally receive, we will not come back to this place and will drive to Seguin or Fredericksburg next time.

  This is the place to buy fresh pecans! The pecans are always top quality, noticeably better than pecans I've bought else where.
